These are made to order rather than held in stock, so each one is quoted individually depending on the model, what is available, and what you need. Tell me what you are after and I will come back to you with a price and a timeframe.
Most people do not need this. If you are willing to buy your own phone, a remote installation session is faster, cheaper, and you learn how your own device works in the process. I will happily point you that way instead.
