Understand that our lives exist in the real world and we don’t need to prove it by posting it on social media in order to make it real
Delete Facebook and other social media accounts or use them with caution without sharing all your life on it (become an observer)
Delete WhatsApp and use Telegram instead
Stop using smart devices like Alexa, Apple and google watches
Stop using Apple devices and most importantly iPhones
Stop using Google devices unless they are de-googled
