3. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. OHMPS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your device. The device must be returned in its original condition.
